***** It Is Forbidden To Marry A Woman Who Has Committed Fornication Or Adultery
It is haraam to marry a a woman who has committed fornication or adultery, if she is known to have done that, until she repents and completes her ‘iddah, because Allah says:
الزَّانِي لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ ۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“The adulterer/fornicator shall marry none but an adulteress/fornicatress or an idolatress/pagan/female polytheist; and the adulteress/fornicatress shall marry none but an adulterer/fornicator or an idolater/pagan/polytheist. That has been prohibited for the believers.”
[Surah Al-Noor’ 24:3]
In other words, the man who agrees to marry and have a sexual relation with a female polytheist/pagan/idolatress or a prostitute, then surely he is either an adulterer/fornicator, or a polytheist, pagan or idolater.
Similarly, the woman who agrees to marry and have a sexual relation with a polytheist/pagan/idolater, or an adulterer/fornicator, then she is either a prostitute or a female polytheist/pagan/polytheist, or an idolatress.
